Really? The coordinator can't actually do anything for you but tells you how to work through the system and what training to do next. She made a point to say how busy she is and need to schedule far in advance so that she can fit you into her schedule. after the initial sales call (their sales guy is great), you're expected to schedule weekly phone visits with Kareo's on boarding coordinator. first, it seems that Kareo expects that you and your practice should conform to their clunky set up. So it just really makes the setup and the ongoing work just absolutely seamless.Ĭons: Where to start. It's easy to integrate either with your laptop or utilizing your mobile device. The support is great and is there for you. I would recommend taking a look at Kareo if you are especially wanting to set up a clinical site, but more in particular, especially with today's world, everybody on the go wanting to set up telehealth visits, I would really recommend taking a look at Kareo, because they do have a lot to offer. And onboarding all of their tools was also just basically a click away, so I didn't have to have a whole tech team with me, although they provide support if I needed it at any point. Kareo made it really simple to get started up after entering my information and getting my e-visit sites set up. It just really fits a great niche of making the e-visits very simple and easy. One, it had a lot of options particularly for a clinical business, but especially a tele-health business, and so it offered a lot of options for the providers to utilize as well as their clinical staff. I chose Kareo because it came with a lot of perks, so to speak. I tried each to see what would fit because I have a small practice and I tried each of those to see what would be the best fit.
